4 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. sugar
2 heaping tsp. flour
Pinch of salt
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Nutmeg

Beat eggs, sugar, flour and salt together. Add milk and vanilla; blend well. Pour in heavily buttered pie pan. Sprinkle top with nutmeg and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
