BERRY CRISP 
3/4 c. quick cooking oats
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. butter
3 c. berries (any kind available)
2 tbsp. cornstarch
Sugar to sweeten

Mix together oats and flour. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Pack half in bottom of 8 inch square baking pan. Bring berries, cornstarch, and sugar to boil, stirring constantly. Cover oat mixture with berry filling. Top with remaining crumb mixture. Bake about 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
