GRAHAM CRACKER PUDDING 
12 Graham crackers rolled fine
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. melted butter

Add sugar and butter to all but a few crumbs.

2 c. milk
3 egg yolks
4 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. white sugar

Cook pudding mixture until thick. Put 1/2 crumb mixture in bottom of 12 x 9-inch pan. Pour pudding mixture in pan and cover with the rest of the crumb mixture. Top with beaten egg whites and sprinkle the rest of the cracker crumbs on top. Brown in oven.
