GRAHAM CRACKER PUDDING 
2 c. crushed graham crackers (about 24)
2 c. milk
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. raisins

Blend crackers, sugar and baking powder together. Beat egg, add milk and vanilla. Stir into cracker mixture, add raisins and beat until smooth. Pour into pudding mold and steam 2 hours.

PUDDING SAUCE:

2 c. milk
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter
3 tbsp. cornstarch

Melt butter and blend in cornstarch. Add sugar and milk. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thick. Add vanilla and serve over hot pudding.
