GRAHAM CRACKER PUDDING | |
1 lb. graham crackers, crushed 3 c. scalded milk 2 tbsp. flour 2 tbsp. butter 1 c. sugar 3 eggs, separated 1 tsp. vanilla Grease loaf pan; cover with some crumbs. Add vanilla; cook milk, flour, butter and 1/2 cup sugar and egg yolks as for custard. Pour over crumbs alternately with crumbs, ending with crumbs. Beat egg whites and sweeten with remaining 1/2 cup sugar. Pour over crumbs. Brown at 350 degrees just until browned. |
