GRAHAM CRACKER PUDDING 
1 lb. graham crackers, rolled fine
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. raisins
3 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients and pour in greased and floured bundt pan. (Amount of milk will vary with type of crackers used.) Consistency should be that of thick cake batter.

Variations: Omit raisins and add 1 cup chopped dates. Add 1 cup nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Top with Caramel Sauce.

CARAMEL SAUCE: Cook until smooth 1/4 cup butter, 1 cup brown sugar, 1 cup cold water, 2 teaspoons vanilla and 1 tablespoon cornstarch.
