CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 tsp. salt
1 onion fried in oil
Dash black pepper
1 head fresh cabbage
Small amount sweet green pepper
1 can tomatoes

Boil cabbage until tender. DO NOT OVERCOOK. Combine beef, rice, pepper, salt, onion and sweet green pepper and mix well. Roll meat mixture into balls and wrap in cabbage leaves, tight rolls. Place cabbage rolls in pot and cover with canned tomatoes. Squish tomatoes up a bit and cook until rice is tender and the meat is done.
