LEMON RITZ DESSERT 
60 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. powdered sugar
14 oz. can condensed milk
12 oz. can pink lemonade
12 oz. carton Cool Whip
4 - 6 oz. Cool Whip for topping
Nuts or crushed crackers

For crust: In a bowl mix together crackers, butter and powdered sugar. Press into bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Fold together the condensed milk, lemonade and the 12 ounces Cool Whip. Spread over crackers. Top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle top with nuts or crushed crackers. Makes 12 to 15 servings.
