PORK CHOPS AND GRAVY 
4 pork chops
1 can cream of onion soup or mushroom soup
1/4 c. water
Salt and pepper to taste
4 servings of minute rice, cooked as directed

Brown pork chops on both sides. Reduce heat and add soup and water. Cover and cook 30 minutes. To serve chops, place on rice covered plate and pour gravy over both.
