OLD FASHIONED POTATO SALAD 
6 med. potatoes
3 hard boiled eggs
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped dill pickles
3 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste

Peel and cook potatoes. Drain all liquid from potatoes and mash. Add all ingredients and mix thoroughly. You may add about a tablespoon of dill pickle juice if you like. This salad is better eaten hot.
