OLD FASHIONED POTATO SALAD 
6 med. potatoes
6 hard boiled eggs, cooled, peeled and chopped
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped sweet pickles or pickle relish
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped pimentos
1 c. mayonnaise
Paprika

Cook potatoes in salted water until fork tender. Cut potatoes into cubes; combine all ingredients in large bowl. Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours. Sprinkle with paprika. Garnish with additional boiled egg if desired. Yield: 6 servings.
