OLD FASHIONED POTATO SALAD 
8 lg. Irish potatoes
1 onion, minced
1 c. diced celery
Dash of garlic salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. sweet relish
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
4 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 c. mayonnaise
Salt & pepper

Boil potatoes until tender, mash. Add onions, eggs, celery, relish, lemon juice, vinegar, garlic salt, mayonnaise and sugar. Mix well, let stand in refrigerator 3 or 4 hours. Garnish with parsley, lettuce and radish roses.
