OLD FASHIONED POTATO SALAD 
8 to 10 med. boiling potatoes
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. Horseradish
1/2 c. chopped parsley
Season salt or celery salt
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tbsp. dill weed (or 2 tbsp. fresh dill)
1 large red onion, chopped
Pepper

Peel and slice potatoes, and then boil until tender. Drain and set aside to cool. Blend the remaining ingredients together and pour over the potatoes. Stir in salt and pepper to taste. Cool in refrigerator and serve cold.
