MOTHER'S OLD FASHION POTATO
SALAD
 
5-6 lg. potatoes, peeled and cooked tender
3 hard boiled eggs, sliced
2 med. onions, chopped
Salt to taste
4 heaping tbsp. prepared mustard
3 sweet pickles, chopped

Mash potatoes until smooth; add all other ingredients, mixing well. Pour into a bowl and put sliced eggs on top.
