OLD-FASHIONED POTATO SALAD 
4 med. potatoes
6 boiled eggs
10 cucumber pickles
2 stalks celery
2 med. onions
Salt, pepper

DRESSING:

3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
Butter (size of egg)
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. salt

Boil potatoes until tender, remove from heat and drain. Chop eggs, pickles, celery and onions. Add salt and pepper to taste to potatoes. Combine dressing ingredients in double boiler, cook, stirring constantly until thick. Pour over potatoes.
