MARINADE 
1/3 c. lemon juice
2 tbsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. pepper
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. meat tenderizer, unseasoned
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 cloves fresh garlic
1 1/2 c. salad oil (optional)

Combine all ingredients in blender and process for a few seconds. Marinate meat 4-24 hours in glass or plastic pan or dish in refrigerator. Great on chicken, beef, and pork. Especially good for steaks and fajitas.
