1/2 c. Kikkoman soy sauce
1/2 c. white cooking wine
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c. cooking oil
Unflavored Adolph's meat tenderizer
1 tsp. per pound of meat

Combine all ingredients and marinate meat. Best on a grill.
