TERIYAKI MARINADE 
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. dry sherry
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. ginger
Pepper to taste
4 lbs. of meat

Marinate 4 pounds of chicken, pork or beef for at least 4 hours. Then cook on the grill or broil.
