TERIYAKI MARINADE FOR MEAT | |
3/4 c. soy sauce 1 c. water 1 c. packed brown sugar 1/4 c. whiskey 1 tsp. ginger or fresh minced gingerroot Mix together marinade, pour over beef or chicken. Marinate for 24 hours. May be marinated 2-3 days for better flavor. |
