TERIYAKI MARINADE 
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. dry sherry
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. ground ginger

Combine all ingredients. Marinate meat, turning occasionally, no longer than 24 hours. Bake or grill as desired. Great for chicken, beef, pork or seafood.
