FLANK STEAK MARINADE 
2 to 2 1/2 lbs. flank steak
2 tsp. unseasoned meat tenderizer
2 tbsp. dry sherry or sauterne wine
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Accent

Pierce meat with fork in several places. Heat ingredients. Pour over steak. Leave at room temperature to marinate if grilling in 2 hours. Otherwise, refrigerate marinating steak overnight. Grill and enjoy. Serves 6 or 8.
