TERIYAKI MARINADE | |
2 c. soy sauce 1/2 c. oil 4 tsp. Accent meat tenderizer 1/2 tsp. garlic powder (or 1 tbsp. garlic salt) 1 tsp. ginger 1 c. sugar (or honey may be substituted) Salt & pepper to taste (omit if using garlic salt) Marinate at least 24 hours for best results. Turn container once or twice to coat well. Serving Suggestions: Round steak - cut in 1 inch cubes, skewered and grilled. Boneless chicken breasts - bake, covered for 45 minutes, uncovered for 5 minutes. |
