BAR-B-QUE PORK 
10-15 lb. shoulder or boston butt

SAUCE:

1 c. vinegar
1 c. water
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (14 oz.) bottle ketchup
1 1/2 tsp. each black pepper, salt, paprika, onion salt, garlic salt, season salt, red pepper (less for mild)

Bake meat at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Reduce temperature to 250 degrees and cook 8 hours. Simmer sauce 2 to 3 hours while meat cooks. Pull meat from bone and pour sauce over while warm. Makes enough sandwiches for extended family or half recipe for serving 6 to 8.
