PORK BAR-B-QUED SANDWICHES 
5-6 lb. pork loin roast
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. catsup
1 c. water
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. celery seed

Roast pork loin and shred up. Mix other ingredients and bring to a boil in saucepan. Pour over shredded roast. Place in crock pot on low. Cook for several hours.
