CHINESE BAR-B-QUE PORK 
1-2 pork loins (tenderloins)
2 cloves garlic, mashed or garlic powder
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. soy sauce
4 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. 5 spice (Chinese seasoning)
1 tsp. red food coloring

Combine garlic, sugar, salt, soy sauce, honey, 5 spice and red food coloring to make a marinade. Marinate pork 2 to 3 hours or overnight, turning often. Remove from marinade and bake at 325 degrees for 1-1 1/2 hours. Baste frequently with marinade. Let cool and slice thin. Serve with hot mustard, sesame seed, plum sauce or chili sauce mixed with soy sauce. I bake mine at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
