5-6 pork chops
Salt and pepper
Mustard
1 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. catsup
Onion slices and lemon slices (optional)

Place baked beans in a 9x13 inch baking dish. For each pork chop, dash with salt and pepper. Spread lightly with mustard; sprinkle with about 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar, spread with 1 1/2 tablespoons catsup. Arrange chops over beans.

With toothpicks, attach slice of onion and 1 slice lemon to each chop. Bake in 325 degree oven for about 1 1/2 hours or until fork tender. May substitute back ribs, cut into serving size pieces.
