PORK OR BEEF BAR-B-QUE 
2 1/2 lbs. meat
1 lg. bottle ketchup
2 onions, chopped
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt

Cook meat until tender (4 to 5 hours). Cool. Trim fat off meat and shred. Add all ingredient and simmer for 1/2 hour or until thick.
