My husband and I both loved this salad. It's such a simple salad that I suppose most people wouldn't need a recipe, but I feel better knowing someone else has tried it. I didn't put in the garlic or parsley, but I'm sure we'd like it just as much with those additions. I'm planning on making a big batch this Sunday for a church picnic.
