PIZZA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) pkg. uncooked macaroni (2 c.)
1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar or 2 (8 oz.) cans pizza sauce or spaghetti sauce
4 oz. pepperoni slices
1 (8-10 oz.) pkg. grated Mozzarella cheese

Brown hamburger with onion. Drain off fat. Season with salt, and if desired, some pepper.

Meanwhile, bring 3-4 quarts of water to a boil in large pan with 1 tablespoon salt. Add macaroni and boil uncovered 10-12 minutes. Drain.

Mix pizza sauce with macaroni and hamburger. Place in two 1 1/2 quart casseroles, alternating layers with pepperoni and cheese. End with cheese. Bake uncovered 30 minutes at 350 degrees or refrigerate to bake later. It takes 35 minutes baking from the refrigerator.
