HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1/4 c. butter
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
1 (10 oz.) can mushroom soup
1/4 c. minced parsley
1 onion chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. cultured sour cream

Melt butter in fry pan. Add onion and garlic and cook until lightly browned. Add beef, cook only until redness disappears. Add salt and pepper, mushrooms, flour and soup. Stir thoroughly and cook slowly 20 minutes. Add sour cream. Top with parsley before serving. Serve over noodles.
