PORK CHOP SPANISH RICE 
5 pork chops
1 c. uncooked rice
1/2 chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
5 slices onion
5 green pepper rings
1 qt. tomatoes
1 tbsp. chili powder
Dash red pepper
Salt & pepper to taste

Slowly brown chops about 15 to 20 minutes. Drain off excess fat. Combine rice, chopped onion and green pepper and spices with 1/4 quart of tomatoes in a casserole. Place chops on top. Add onion slice and green pepper ring. Pour the rest of the tomatoes over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
