PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
6 center cut pork chops
1 box (2 pkgs.) Lipton onion soup
1 1/2 c. (uncooked) rice

Brown pork chops (set aside). Measure and wash rice. Mix dry soup mix with 3 cups water in casserole dish. Place pork chops on rice. Chops will be sitting in liquid. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour.
