RHINELANDER PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. sliced celery
1 env. Lipton beef mushroom mix
1 1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. sherry

Brown pork chops 15 minutes each side. Cook onions, peppers, and celery in drippings until tender. Stir in soup mix, water, and sherry. Return pork chops to pan and simmer, covered, stirring frequently, 45 minutes or until pork chops are tender. Serves 6.

This is not only an easy recipe, but very good. Everyone likes this when I make it. This is an old recipe, maybe goes back to the '70's.
