PORK CHOPS ALLA PREGO 
6 pork chops, about 2 lbs.
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 lg. clove garlic, minced
1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar Prego spaghetti sauce
1/4 c. dry red wine
1 med. green pepper, sliced
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms (parsley or radishes if wanted)

In 10" skillet over medium high heat, cook pork chops until well browned on both sides. Remove from skillet and set aside. In drippings in skillet, cook onion and garlic until onion is tender, add Prego, pork chops and the wine. Heat to boiling, reduce heat to low, cover. Simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add pepper and mushrooms. Simmer 15 minutes more until pork is fork tender. Garnish with parsley and radishes if desired. Makes about 6 servings.
