PORK CHOPS AND WILD RICE 
1/2 c. wild rice, uncooked
1/2 pkg. Lipton's onion soup mix
1/2 c. diced celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water or milk (more if needed)
4 pork chops

Brown the pork chops in a little shortening and set aside. Mix all other ingredients and put in a greased 8x8 baking pan or casserole. Put pork chops on top and baked uncovered for 1 hour at 325 degrees or 350 degrees. Add other spices if desire. Serves 4.
