PORK CHOPS AND WILD RICE 
2 c. wild rice, cook as usual, in unsalted water
1 pkg. dry onion soup
1 can mushroom soup
4 to 6 pork chops
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Water

Place in 9x13 inch pan, the rice, onion soup mix and mushroom soup. Place pork chops in single layer or rice mixture. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. As chops brown on one side, turn and season. Bake uncovered. Add water as needed to keep rice mixture moist.
