MELON BATIDOS (SMOOTHIE) 
2 cups seeded watermelon chunks
2 cups melon chunks (your choice of types)
6 tbsp. low fat sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp. lime juice
3 cups crushed ice
Garnish: Melon chunks with rind

In blender, puree melon chunks. Add milk and lime juice and top with ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into 4 (12oz) glasses. Garnish each drink with melon chunks on wooden pick, if desired.
