SESAME GREEN BEANS 
1 lb. green beans
3 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. sliced water chestnuts
4 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted
Freshly ground pepper and salt

Drop green beans into rapidly boiling water and cook until barely tender (approximately 8-10 minutes). In the meantime, saute the water chestnuts in butter. Toss together the green beans, water chestnuts, sesame seeds, salt and pepper. Serve immediately. Serves 8.
