1 can refried beans
Mash ripe avocado with lemon juice
Mix 1/2 pkg. taco seasoning mix with 8 oz. sour cream
Chop scallions & 2 tomatoes
1 sm. can sliced black olives
8 oz. pkg. taco cheese

Layer in order and serve with tortilla chips.
