8 LAYER MEXICAN DIP 
1 c. refried beans
3 chopped tomatoes
1/2 jar of med. or hot salsa
1 c. sour cream
3 sliced scallions
1/4 c. shredded cheese
1 sm. can sliced black olives
Guacamole

1. Make guacamole by mashing together 2 ripe avocados, 2 cloves of garlic, salt and pepper to taste and juice from 1/2 of a fresh lemon.

2. Place into large bowl in layers starting with refried beans and ending with shredded cheese.
