CHINESE STIR FRY VEGETABLES 
1 round steak, cubed
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced
1 to 2 bunches broccoli floweretts
Dash basil seasoning
Rice, cooked according to directions on pkg., set aside
Soy sauce

In large iron skillet or wok, add 1 to 2 tablespoons oil, brown garlic, steak until tender. Add remaining ingredients and stir cook until tender. Add soy sauce to taste. Serve over rice.
