3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick mix
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. evaporated milk
2 eggs
2 c. pumpkin
2 1/2 tsp. pie spice
1 tsp. vanilla

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 inch pie plate. Beat all ingredients until smooth for 1 minute by blender or 2 minutes by hand. Pour into greased pie plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
