HUNGARIAN SINGER COOKIES 
1 lb. butter - sweet preferred
1 c. sugar
4 c. sifted flour
Juice of 1 lemon
6 egg yolks - if sm. use 7

Rub flour and butter with hands until well mixed - add lemon juice, sugar, egg yolk and mix until very smooth. Divide dough in two, roll 1/4 inch thick, cut with fancy cookie cutter, brush with egg whites and sprinkle with chopped nuts mixed with sugar. Bake in ungreased cookie sheets until golden brown. Bake at 350 degrees.
