HUNGARIAN ICEBOX COOKIES 
1 cake yeast
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 lb. Crisco
4 egg yolks
2 lb. walnuts, finely chopped
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 sm. can Pet milk

In large mixing bowl, use enough water to melt yeast. Add next 5 ingredients. Mix until blended. Refrigerate dough overnight. Roll dough in small amounts, keeping rest in refrigerator. Roll dough in sugar. Cut dough in diamond shapes and put filling in middle. Fold sides over. Bake at 300 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Do not grease cookie sheets. Takes about 2 cups of sugar to roll.
