1 Box of graham crackers
1 egg
2 sticks butter
1 c. coconut
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. graham crumbs

Line cookie sheet with graham crackers. Mix 1 cup sugar, 1 egg and 1/2 cup milk. Beat all together and stir in 2 sticks melted butter. Cook 1 minute until thickened. Add 1 cup nuts, 1 cup coconut, 1 cup graham cracker crumbs and mix well. Pour over graham crackers and top with more graham crackers.

ICING:

3/4 stick butter
1 tbsp. milk
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter, powdered sugar, milk and vanilla. Pour over cookies and refrigerate.
