ANN'S MOM'S DUTCH APPLE PUDDING 
3 sm. or 2 med. apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Place apples in a well buttered dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over apples. Bake at 350 degrees until apples are soft, about 40 to 45 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream. Serves 4.
