JAPANESE CABBAGE SALAD 
1 med. head cabbage, cut for slaw
3-4 green onions, chopped
1-2 cooked chicken breasts, pulled into shreds
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 Top Ramen (omit seasoning), broken into sm. pieces
1/4 c. toasted sesame seeds

Toast almonds and Top Ramen in skillet.

DRESSING:

1/3 c. rice vinegar
1/3 c. lemon juice
5 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. MSG
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. oil
3 tbsp. sesame oil

Mix salad ingredients together.

Mix dressing ingredients together, then mix both salad and dressing together. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
