CABBAGE SLAW WITH HORSERADISH 
8 c. shredded cabbage
1 med. size carrot, grated
3 tbsp. grated onion
3-4 tbsp. prepared horseradish
1/3 c. salad dressing
1/3 c. sour cream
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. celery seed
Salt to taste

Combine cabbage, carrot and onion in a bowl; toss well. Add the remaining ingredients and toss well. Salt to taste. Best when prepared an hour before serving. Keep in refrigerator. 6-8 servings.
