BANANA NUT CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
3 lg. eggs
1/3 c. oil
2/3 c. water
3 lg. ripe bananas, mashed
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Beat all together well (about 3 minutes). Grease and flour 9 x 13 x 2 inch cake pan. Bake 25 minutes or until toothpick stuck into cake comes out clean, 350 degree oven. While still hot, after removing from oven. Take fork and pink holes all over top of cake. Set aside to cool.

ICING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
2 bananas, mashed
1 tsp. vanilla
1 plastic bag powdered sugar

Mix well. Spread all of the frosting on top of cooled cake.
