FROZEN STRAWBERRY POPS 
1 1/2 c. plain low fat yogurt
2 c. fresh strawberries
2 tbsp. reduced calorie strawberry jam

In blender container, combine all ingredients. Blend 1 minute. Spoon mixture into 6 (4 oz.) paper cups that have been sprayed lightly with a non stick cooking spray. Freeze 30 minutes. Then stand a wooden stick in the center of each pop. Freeze until solid. To eat, peel off paper cups. Makes 6, contains 59 calories each, 40 mg sodium, 3 g. protein, 1 g. fat, 3 mg. cholesterol.
